kotk reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• At the user's own request.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

4.1 Deposit Terms

Funds can be deposited on the kotk platform using the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes.
• Payments in a third party's name are not accepted — the payment method must belong to the registered user.

4.3 Failed Transactions

6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Game Errors

If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error or software issue, kotk reserves the right to void that bet and refund the wagered amount. Results displayed in error-related situations will not be considered final.
